Measuring Tip: Lay your favorite bracelet flat and measure at the length that you typically wear it. Alternatively, wrap a string or strip of paper around your wrist to compare sizes. Mark preferred length and lay flat against a ruler to measure. 

14k gold filled pieces are second only to solid 14k gold, and can last a lifetime with proper care. While gold filled pieces are durable enough to be worn daily, pools, hot tubs, sea salt, perfumes, lotions, and sweat should be avoided to ensure longevity. Mild soap and water (think: showers, washing dishes) is a-okay.
